Derby County Community Trust Kicks Off a New Digital Era with Gravity Digital

Our team at Gravity joined forces with Derby County Community Trust to deliver a major digital transformation for one of the city’s most impactful charities.

The new site represents a significant step forward for the Trust improving accessibility, simplifying programme booking, and better reflecting the breadth of its work across Derby and Derbyshire.

The website has been built with the customer journey at its core, offering improved navigation, a streamlined booking system, and a modernised visual experience that reflects the Trust’s dynamic work across Derby and Derbyshire.

Key improvements include:

  • Customer-Centric Navigation: The site map has been restructured, with pages now organised by offer rather than department. This change makes it easier for users to find relevant programmes and understand the Trust’s impact through new sections like Who We Are.
  • Booking System: A new booking platform operates independently from the main site, ensuring reduced downtime and smoother transactions.
  • Modernised Design and Content: The site features fresh imagery and video content, colour-coded programme categories, and personalised contact cards for key staff members. Every piece of content has been reviewed or rewritten to ensure accuracy and relevance.
