Caroline joined Gravity over eight years ago, starting as Office Manager and steadily growing into one of the key people that keeps the business running smoothly. Her journey through the company has given her hands-on experience across almost every area of digital marketing from social media and email campaigns, to website management and client support.
Now a Director, Caroline plays a central role in shaping how we work, supporting both the team and our clients with the same calm, organised and thoughtful approach she’s known for. She cares deeply about getting things right, helping people grow and making Gravity a genuinely great place to work.
